DESIGN APPROACH

BEFORE & AFTER

Roof was cleaned and repointed. All external timber was sanded and oiled.

Roof was cleaned and repointed. All external timber was sanded and oiled.

The house was 'upside down' to begin with so removed bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen and family room to downstairs.

Oak staircase installed, wooden wall panelling added, solid oak flooring

We moved the kitchen to where the fourth bedroom previously was on the ground floor. We took away the ensuite which was previously there to open up the space and we added a door to take you through to the living area.

Bedroom 2 (previously downstairs) was changed into what is now the family room. The ensuite was taken out to open up the space. Fireplace focal point was added.

First floor sitting area modernised with new solid oak flooring, contemporary colour palette and furnishings.

Principal bedroom remains in same room however, we updated the carpets to a plush grey, added in textured wallpaper and dressed with furniture.

Now bedroom 2, doorway added to access ensuite.

Previously the kitchen, now bedroom 3. Ensuite added to the room.
